Mould Detect partners with the trades, inspectors, hygienists and laboratories who capture those images and readings, routes work back to them, and opens its APIs to the products they build. We are launching in Australia to prove the approach and the technology, with the UK, Canada and the US to follow.

Add a mould scan to every clean. It sets your service apart, justifies a premium, and keeps clients longer. You capture images and conditions room by room.
Plumbers
Leaks are where mould starts. A scan at the source documents it, and the inspection can route on to a remediation partner.
Shower fitters and bathroom installers
Bathrooms show damp first. A dated scan before and after a job records the condition you found and the condition you left.
Building inspectors
An on-site risk read with the local weather, humidity and flood context attached, captured as structured, location-tagged evidence.

Scan every property before and after treatment for documented evidence, and assess on site before you quote, which reduces callbacks.

The UK puts a legal clock on mould: Awaab's Law, in force since 27 October 2025. Fast triage and a dated record help landlords act in time. Entry is gated on revenue.

Canada and the US follow, after the UK. Where claims and property deals rely on accredited lab results, as in the US, a partner lab supplies the result and Mould Detect supplies the triage and referral.
